Vin chaud er den franske pendant til vores hjemlige gløgg, tyskernes glühwein og englændernes mulled wine. Når kulden har sat sig i kroppen, fx efter en tur i skoven, kan en kop varm, sødet vin med diverse urter gøre godt.
